However, she weighs over 300 lbs. and she is unable to get the weight off. She is a beautiful lady and even if she has a gastro bypass she will have a huge amount of skin to deal with. She can not afford to have the surgery done and I am so afraid she will end up like her father and die from diabetes complications. Is there anyway that you know of to help her get the operation and then remove the loose skin at a later date.
