Comcast doesn’t mess around with service outage
Comcast may have plenty of issues with its customer service, but it doesn’t mess around when it has a service outage. I noticed that my home Internet access was down around 5:30 this morning, naturally on a rare day when I needed to work at home for a few hours. A Comcast truck was already across the street assessing the situation, and by 6:00, it had company: Six more trucks (above) arrived to reestablish service. By 7:00, they had succeeded.
